MeetCRO helps founders and sales teams identify and reach high-intent leads by analyzing public digital signals. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy covers website visitors, prospective and current customers, and authorized users of our platform.

It does not cover personal data about your own leads or customers that you collect and process using MeetCRO. In that case you are the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.

2. What we collect and why

a. Identity & access

When you sign up we collect your name, email, company, and job title. We use this to create and manage your account, send transactional messages and product updates, and provide support.

b. Lead & intent data

To surface high-intent leads, we collect publicly accessible signals from the platforms you connect — for example public posts, comments, and activity on LinkedIn and Reddit, along with public professional information such as company, job title, and profile URLs. We do not enrich beyond what is publicly visible on the platforms you connect.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (such as the CCPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any state privacy laws) when you contact leads, including confirming that lawful contact conditions are met.

c. Usage data

We collect data on how you use the product to improve performance and usability, recommend relevant actions, and detect anomalies or abuse.

d. Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and secure your session. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the product and site are used so we can improve them. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels for ad targeting.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

e. Communications

If you contact us or respond to a survey, we keep your message and contact details so we can assist you and improve the service.

f. Billing (paid plans)

MeetCRO is currently in beta and free to use. If and when we introduce paid plans, we will collect the billing details needed to process payment (such as name and billing address) and process payments through a third-party payment provider. We will not store full payment card numbers ourselves, and we will update this policy before paid billing goes live.

3. Personal data of business contacts

When you use MeetCRO to identify high-intent B2B leads, we process limited professional information about those contacts: name, job title, company, public profile URL, and public professional activity such as posts, comments, and job changes.

Source: public professional profiles on the platforms you connect, and third-party data providers.

Purpose: enabling our customers to identify and reach relevant B2B leads.

If you are a business contact whose data we process and you want it removed, email us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We handle these requests manually — we will delete your data from our active systems and add you to a suppression list to prevent re-collection.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain MeetCRO
  • Identify high-intent B2B leads for your campaigns
  • Communicate with you about your account and the service
  • Improve and secure the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

We may use aggregated and anonymized data for internal research, benchmarking, and statistics. We do not sell or share your personal information.

5. Data sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the product, with:

  • Infrastructure and processing providers — including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Google (analytics and the integrations you connect), and our hosting provider — under confidentiality obligations
  • Integrations you authorize (for example, Gmail or your calendar)
  • Public authorities, where legally required (for example, a court order or subpoena)

No team member accesses your account data unless it is necessary for support or you have given explicit permission. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.

Lead and intent data is retained for a limited window from its most recent refresh and then purged. Opt-out requests are honored within 30 days, after which the contact is added to a suppression list.

When you delete your account, we fully purge your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

7. Where your data is processed

MeetCRO is operated from the United States, and your data is stored and processed in the United States.

If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required for international transfers, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and the comprehensive privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states. These rights include the ability to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share it)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights — including access, export, or deletion of your data — email us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We handle these requests manually and may need to verify your identity before we act. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR — including portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — and you can contact us the same way.

9. Security and breach notification

We apply industry-standard security practices, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and least-privilege access
  • Monitoring and anomaly detection

No system is ever completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay, as required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

MeetCRO is a business tool intended for use by professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Beta service

MeetCRO is currently in beta. Features, integrations, and the way we handle data may change as the product evolves. When we make material changes to how we collect or use your information, we will update this policy and notify you.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.

13. Contact
